PAYMENT METHODS
Bank Wire or ACH, Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo
Purchase Order (Net 30): Subject to credit approval. Customers must place an initial order with a pre-payment method, such as a card or bank transfer, before applying for an account. Past due accounts subject to a service charge of 11/2% per month (18% per annum) on unpaid balances until paid. Terms must be re-established after 12 months of non-use.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Lighthoof sells and ships internationally. For orders placed outside of North America, payment will be required prior to shipment via bank wire, all bank fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping will be arranged on behalf of the customer and freight fees will be billed at the time the order is placed. All taxes, duties, tariffs and other fees may be due and payable directly to the freight forwarder at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to independently determine the cost of these additional fees.
PRICING
Current pricing may be found online at www.lighthoof.com or by contacting a Lighthoof representative. Pricing is subject to change without notification. Pricing discrepancies will be confirmed prior to shipment. Prices are net and do not include any applicable federal, state, or local taxes, which will be either billed to or assumed by the purchaser. Any discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and will not be applied retroactively.
SALES TAX
We will collect applicable sales tax on Products shipped to the states for which we determine we have a duty to collect sales tax. If your company is tax-exempt, the certificate must be on file prior to order shipment to qualify for exempt status.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping fees for all orders within the continental United States are included in your purchase price. For orders of 10 panels or fewer, orders will ship via UPS ground. Orders of 11 panels or more will ship via UPS Freight (LTL) on a pallet.For LTL shipments, the freight company will call you to schedule an appointment to deliver your order.
If you've ordered 11 panels or more, please be prepared to receive a phone call from the freight company within a week at the number you provided with your order to schedule your delivery. A large freight truck with a lift gate will arrive at your farm to offload your pallet from the truck. Please note that the pallet is difficult to move once it is off the truck. You may also request to pick it up from the local freight office if your property is hard to access.At your delivery appointment, you will be asked to sign a document to receive your shipment. Inspect the pallet carefully and make sure that it was not damaged in transit before you sign. Once you’ve signed off on the shipment, it’s very difficult to make an insurance claim if there are damages.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are included for the original delivery attempt for orders within the continental United States. The customer will be responsible for any additional fees. This includes address correction fees, undeliverable fees, shipping charges for returning an undeliverable package, and shipping charges for re-sending the package to the correct address.
LOST AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
UPON DELIVERY, inspect all goods CAREFULLY for damage. If goods are damaged, refuse delivery, and contact Lighthoof immediately for further instructions. DO NOT SIGN Delivery Receipt until you can count all pieces. Sign only for what you have received. If signed short, contact Lighthoof immediately and Lighthoof will proceed to file a loss claim.
CONCEALED LOSS & DAMAGE
Report concealed loss or damage to carrier within 48 hours and request inspection by the carrier. This is absolutely necessary: otherwise, the carrier will not be liable for payment or settlement of concealed damage freight claims. Lighthoof will advise you on the best procedure to follow in filing a freight claim. However, Lighthoof cannot assume any responsibility with respect to concealed lost & damaged freight claims.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis and if accepted will be limited to a total of 4 panels from a customer. Returns must be requested within 30 days of placing your order. Panels must be returned to the address provided at the time of the request – this may be different from the address from where they shipped. There will be a $50 restocking fee for each panel returned. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Panels will be evaluated at the time of return and must be in new, unopened condition to be eligible for a refund. Should panels be received in anything other than new condition, no refund will be issued.
Fabric purchases are non-returnable.
CANCELLATION
If an order has already been accepted by Lighthoof, cancellation is not guaranteed. Cancellation is not possible after the product has shipped. Cancellations that are approved will incur a 5% fee to cover credit card fees. Fabric purchases may not be cancelled.

Typographical and clerical errors are subject to corrections.
